Checks, not just claims
For bigger goals, the Plan tab breaks a goal into steps and attaches a check that a program runs to each one (for example your tests). The result is only marked as verified when a check really passed. Checks that run commands need the desktop app; the hosted service does not give the agent a terminal.

Is AnvilChat a code editor?
No. It is a workspace where you describe what you want and the AI writes and changes the files. You can open and read every file it writes, and download the project.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. It is designed so that a clear description is enough. If you do code, you get a diff of every change and can edit the files yourself.
Which AI models can it use?
Models from several makers. The current list, with context sizes and prices, is on the models page. Every plan can use every model.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The free plan has a small monthly allowance and needs no card.
Is my code private?
Projects belong to your account and are not visible to other accounts. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.
